So after trying the compression leggings for a while they are helping with the shin splints but there are still times I can't wear them so have been looking for other things that might help and came across Chris Jericho talking about these cold wraps that don't need to go in the freezer on his podcast, was wondering if anyone had tried them at all and if so, if they were effective or not at helping with recovery or even stopping muscle and joint issues while exercising.
