Apparently, it's just a one movie deal?
No, they just bought up more distribution rights they already didn't have yet.
So they picked up the rights to Iron Man 1 and 2, Thor and Captain America.Specifically, on June 30, Disney bought rights to Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Thor, and Captain America: The First Avenger, paying an unspecified sum for the rights. Disney already owned the rights to Marvel's The Avengers and Marvel's Iron Man 3, having bought those from Paramount in 2010.
