It's actually back on the 17th, you should be "Litt Up!" for telling such terrible lies
The last 6 episodes of season 2 start up on Jan. 17th on USA. The show is pretty good, for those that do not watch.
(EDIT) Changed from the 7th to 17th. Typo.

Shit, was a typo. I wish it was the 7th. This is one of my favorite shows.
Winter err Suits is coming.
Cot dayumn! I love this show!
Can't wait to see more redhead.
Suits is ok but I don't think it really matters much that they are lawyers. All of the cases they handle seem to be after thoughts to their interpersonal conflicts.
The law office is just a setting for them to act out their drama. They could be wallstreet brokers, elite bankers, or shady international businessmen and they wouldn't have to change much of the current story to make it work.
Old guy mentors new young "unqualified" apprentice and there is a power struggle over who is in charge while they each work out their relationships with female companions (which seem to be identical but at different stages of development).
If the court cases were more compelling and thought provoking it would definitely help the show out imo. Right now it just comes across as a law office soap opera. Who will he sleep with next!! Does it matter? Do they have to rehash the on again off again relationship between mike and racheal every season in a plot loop. The show seems to emphasize their inability to form a relationship and mike's lack of credentials over and over.
It gets repetitive and I would hope they can resolve that and move onto a newer fresher story idea.
It is better than Franklin and Bash though and seeing as all the Law and Orders are dying off this is about all there is left to watch that is law based. (and besides a few episodes I can't seem to get into SVU either. yah bad shit happens, but I'm not entertained by kids getting raped or any other shit like that)

60 second recap...
That episode was terrible, we don't watch Suits for a shitty soap opera >.<
Hopefully they just wanted to recenter the characters for the start of the new season so people who didn't watch understand that Mike is supposedly the "good" guy but yeah it was over the top, and god the fucking love story shit was also terrible. Liked Louis though.
The "ermahgerd we must protect Mike's Harvard secret" while threatening to fire Mike simultaneously can only go on for so long and be rehashed so many times.
Just fast forwarded this on my DVR.
It looks like they are doubling down on the relationship drama.
... and the court case they used for a back drop to the drama...
I understand Mike is good, but he isn't so good they would put up with his crap in addition to all the risk.
Love the show, but I feel like they have taken every character in a great direction (with Mike being the exception I suppose), then immediately balked and walked it back. Louis being a pimp, Harvey having feelings, etc. and then they basically walked it all back so we could rehash the same tired storyline we've seen for 2 seasons. I don't understand why they're so afraid of going for story and characters that aren't so predictable.
Mike and Rachel drama ..
Onoes .. Mike's secret is about to be uncovered ..
If they want to just turn it into another shipper special for the laydeez then they are going about it the right way for sure.
For example, why was Mike taking any crap from Rachel at all? She knocked him back, she doesn't then get to lock his junk down indefinitely.
It's getting beyond believable that Jessica would keep Mike around with all this going on. He's basically a unexploded land mine at the heart of the firm.
It's going to take some really sharp writing to save this now.
Thats the Suits I love, one of my favorite episodes in a while. Louis was fantastic a long with Harvey, mike not being a pussy was good also. Louis does such a good job with that character, constantly feel bad and hate the guy. The interaction between Louis/Harvey was money especially the silence at the end of the episode

I can't even bring myself to watch the episode recorded this week. I think I'm going to delete the show from my dvr. If there's a huge jump in the nielsen rating I'll go back and watch this season. For now I'm sure there are better things to watch.
ehh, even if a single episode is good I'm at the point where I don't feel like watching the show any more unless it improves.
I'll take a wait and see approach and watch this seasons episodes if the reviews are good.
The fact no-one has even commented in this thread since last month is probably a good indicator of how bad the second part of the season was.
Since the Scooby Doo ending of the Hardman story this show went into the shitter with all too brief Louis hilarity drowned out by soap opera crap. The whole merger storyline was godawful, even The Bunk couldn't save it.
Season Three will be a netflix watch for me if I hear later that it got back to being good again.
I actually liked the finale and some of the merger storyline. Wouldn't have minded seeing Harvey go nuclear on the whole thing. I still think it might happen down the road.
The overacting in the finale was pretty laughable. I like the show but oh man, it was embarrassing to watch.
This has been bothering for the last couple episodes, but is that Lord Varys as the the Suits dude from overseas?

Yup. I'd be pretty pissed too if my firm was merging with the Spider and his little birds.
Last few episodes was a roller coaster ride of illogical shit. I hope the writing is a little bit better and less "OMG THE WORLD IS GOING TO EXPLODE IF WE LOSE THIS CASE!" next season. I'm all for a little suspense, but shit was just stupid. Staunch allies threatening each other every other scene quickly loses its appeal.
Well, the first part of this season was shit, and I see why they moved it to Friday. Doubt it lasts another season, but I somewhat enjoyed the last 2 episodes.
3rd season has been ordered but all in all, this show needs more Louis Litt. He's by far the coolest character on the show.
He's a Lannister.
This show is one of my Guilty Pleasures. (The other one is Royal Pains). I've been watching since Day 1, and I enjoy the hell out of it. Season 3 is less than a month away at this point, and I couldn't be happier.
Season one was great. Season 2 was a bit of a train wreck in my opinion. I hope they get it back on the rails and make a good season.
Conleth Hill is coming to suits season 3.
I am not sure how many shows he be in.
Haha, Suits introduced someone else in the first episode.
Catelyn Tully (Stark). This adds to Lord Varys (The Spider) who is already a cast member. Good times.
Yeah, I watched the premier with my friend last night. When she came on screen, I was like "That's Cat Stark!" and his response "No it isnt." He actually argued against me for a couple of minutes on that shit.
I love this show. I also like how they down played Mike's super power with Harvey getting all the info he needed without him. So glad this is back on.
I am back to enjoying this show again, mainly because there's not a single likeable character in it. Every single one of them is a fucker in their own way. Donna is the least corrupt but even she has destroyed evidence before
Loved the first episode. Well, all but the strained relationship between Mike and Rachel. I wish they would stop dragging that up and making it a plot for 15 minutes per episode. Hopefully that all stops now they are together.
Mike is such a wanker, I hope Louis kicks his arse around the firm through legal shenanigans.
Louis is eccentric but he's completely by the book while Mike even working there is the exact opposite. Couldn't help but expect disappointment for Louis all throughout this episode since he's the good friend who asks permission, tries too hard to impress, and then is always flanked or blindsided because he only focuses on what's right in front of him.
Team Litt, never forget.
"I've given my word." *breaks it 7 seconds later*
Wonder if he'll go revenge mode or just sulk all season.
That was so god damn lame. Louis is a much more interesting character than Harvey and the change up would do the show well.
Yeah that was really shitty, I was looking forward to the Litt episodes, I thought eventually Mike and Harvey would reunite because well it's the show's duo and shit but I didn't expect it to last one fucking episode then forget all about that shit. It also makes very little sense for the "morally right" guy to just go and break a promise he made 5secs before.
They really turned mike into a piece of shit last season or 2
Mike has become the most unlikable guy in the show. We know everyone has motives/reasons for what they're doing, but it just seems Mike makes the dumbest and most selfish decisions possible.
They must film almost an entire seasons worth of extra stuff just to throw on youtube every year!
Damn, that was a cracking episode all round.
I really have no idea atm how this is all going to play out, hope they don't do another ten minute special in the mid season finale to wrap it all up again as this is working pretty well right about now.
I started laughing as soon as the third or so shit, never thought they'd dare do a Wire homage like that.
Edit: How could I forget Louis genuinely verbally kicking fuck out of Harvey for once without Harvey deliberately laying down for him. He got Litt up indeed. Katrina is fucking awesome with Louis.
Edit 2: More offbeat shenanigans!

Man all the women are just so damn fine. Donna needs an emmy just for her ass.
This has turned into one of the worst shows on TV. The cat story arc is so infuriatingly bad. Who the fuck is writing this crap and probably better to ask, who the fuck is overseeing them as they create this rubbish?
They gain two stud actors from GoT after some entertaining eps in the prior seasons and the show turns into the worst on TV.
Blame USA for stretching the creative juices and contrived storylines to draw out season 2.
Sadly, the cat story was the best part of the last few episodes. I just don't give a fuck about any of the characters anymore. This went from a cool show about law to some shitty lawyer drama.
The cat story makes me want to punch the two lawyers IN THE FACE. And the writers.
True though, the rest of the show sucks as well.
They milked every good part of this show so goddamn much it's turned into a ridicule cesspool of overacted bile.
Should just be the other side of the coin of Franklin and Bash, where the corporate lawyers are the cool kids. The inter-office drama aside from Louis Litt is just ass. The undercurrent running between harvey and louis should be 99% of the office shenanigans. Season 1 was better as they dealt with more individual cases and displayed the contrasting behavior of the characters as they dealt with those cases.
Maybe they'll get it back to fun stuff next season. The soap opera style turnarounds are just not suspenseful.
Leave it to a Stark to bring down the house.
If you ignore the Mike/Rachel bullshit this was a decent episode.
If I ever saw one of these on a shelf here I'd buy one! Fuck international shipping charges though. http://www.nbcuniversalstore.com/sui...PRF-NBC-103171
The Mike/Rachel stuff has gotten a little annoying for awhile now. Seems like every other episode they have to manufacture some problem for them, only to have it resolved as if it was nothing very quickly. The rest of the episode was solid.
I love the show in general, but this episode had the air of some General Hospital dream sequence. Everyone suddenly got what they wanted. That annoyed me. Pretty much the entire episode, answers were falling into peoples laps. They didn't struggle at all.
There always has to be 'shipping' or the Twilight whales wont watch.
That sucked. Fuck ALL the relationship bullshit in this show.
I want to see lawyers fighting crime (or defending criminals!) with snappy one liners and entertaining shenanigans. Oh and more Donna. A LOT more Donna.
I dunno. The relationships are really gay, but Rachel is hot as balls. Like... god damn.
I don't give a shit about most of the other people. Fuck relationships in that show, except if it allows for more nudeish scenes with Rachel.
Yeah, this turned into a piece of shit. Think it's time to watch Boston Legal again.
The Suits of our Lives.
strange facial shadows
black nail polish (emo)
lint on shirt
1/10, WOULD NOT FUCK
so that was the summer finale?
I really wished they would stop milking this whole omgz mike u no harvard shit already. WE GET IT, the dude's a fraud. What's louis going to do, tattertail and bitch a bit before the issue is yet again dropped only to be magically reopened later down the road when they need an easy episode?
There isnt a pushup bra on the planet that can make that bitch have tittys, yet they insist on having her wear blouses so low cut i can see her asshole.
Starts back up tonight...
Cannot wait for more Rachel and Donna action, Mmm....
the Dark Knight rises
This episode was fine except for the chasing after Mike's past stuff. Like seriously, that plot is dead. Can we please just stop focusing on that? Mike doesn't need to get "Litt-Up" about Harvard. That plot can only last for so long. I feel like they ran out of shit to fill episodes with.
I see they're not pulling any punches before the first commercial break.
Moved to Wednesdays at 9, starts this week
I enjoyed last night's episode. Mike in his new position as Harvey's boss and some other shit. Lots of new drama. Louis is still a whipping boy.
I still love every minute of this show.
oderint dum metuant
I used mousse in high school. It was the 90's.
I heard that!
This season is already better then last season by a mile!
I'm really digging the Mike vs. Harvey dynamic.
Yeah, I'm they're keeping the story fresh. Even thought the show is pretty awesome, and well written and the characters are great to watch, another season of Mike being in love with hit hottie girlfriend going to school would just be boring.
Episode 3 was the best hour of Suits in a long time. All of the current story arcs are interesting (unlike most of last years).
I agree. And for a show about the law, there's surprisingly little of it actually involved. However, it was still a good episode.
For some reason I kept thinking Mike was going to record Rachel's confession and either release that to the public to play dirty or just show it harvey/whatever that "surfer dude douche" guys name is to blackmail them. Probably because it seems like something every other show in the world would do...
I just watched season 2 dwi episode. Fuck Mike Ross. Boohoo my parents were killed by a drunk driver 20 years ago. Grow the fuck up.
Considering the guy can replay every conversation in his head with his parents exactly as it happened anytime he wants, it kind of shrinks that 20 year span to nothing.
Caught up on season 4 during the last couple of days. It's been really enjoyable so far, but is anyone else disappointed that Mike is a lawyer again so soon? It's just so unrealistic that anyone involved would want to return to constantly worrying about getting found out.
Would have been more interesting if he took the job with Forceman imo
Yeah, I was disappointed that they brought back the whole "omg I'm a fraud and they're gonna catch me" shit again earlier this season, and it sucks that he's back to being a lawyer so soon. I was hoping that they'd find a way to keep him out of the law firm for the rest of the series.
Yup, said the exact same thing to my wife. I sorta figured he would be back at the law firm at some point, but this story line ended way to quick. But yeah, the whole fraud thing being a constant in the background is really getting old, and they need to do something to completely put that to bed.
This show needs more courtroom action and less inter-office drama.
That statement does not reflect the amount of hours billed while not in a courtroom.
Still great fun though. Litt is amazing and Harvey is my hero.
I can't stop staring at your Avatar...
You know you make a great point that I hadn't even really thought about. The show being great has nothing to do with the initial story line about him being a fraud, and they really are stuck with it now and don't know what to do. But yeah, I love this show so I won't stop watching
They easily could have moved past the initial premise with the hacked into the bar episode and never brought it up again. Instead they keep bringing that shit up because I guess they think it adds drama and tension when all it adds is fucking annoyance.
