Damn already an under 150, i really just had that category so mist could lie...maybe I'm overexposed to fat people
I am 6ft tall and was under 150 for the longest time. I work out a lot (cardio mostly), but man I feel much better now that I hit 156. My goal is to reach 160 and maintain it.
6'-0 was 195 in the last two years down to 165.
5'11", 160 lbs. Weight used to sit at about 175 lbs before I started exercising on the regular.
First time caller, 6'3 215 ding!

6'1" 215lbs. managed to not lose any weight during chemo therapy. i was hoping tho.
The 350 plus category is discriminating. For example, I am in that category but what in the community we call a "small fat". However, that just 350+ category doesn't let me differentiate myself from "large fats" that are really obese and have problems.
Could a mod please fix this so I can fully express myself without giving anyone the impression that I am really obese.
Amod please change the 350 plus option to super fat piece of shit
6'1 312, down from 347 from 6 months ago. I'm still one fat fuck.
350 is "small fat?" What HAES bullshit is this?
To not be obese at 350, you have to be 7'2 or so.
This thread is pretty good for my ego.
I've been chubbing up the past few months. Really need to lose weight. I'm a dickhair under 6 foot any my body likes to stay 190-210ish.
5'11" 195 and low body fat.
6' 0" 155 or so right now. Generally 145-150 though.
6'2" and hovering around 190-200, but I should be about 180ish to be cut up. But I'm ok with that considering I was 275 at my fattest.
97 pounds. This desk job is making me fat.
Calling me a Cunt is a lot like calling Hitler a Nazi, it's not exactly received as the insult you were intending.

6' 172 - the target is about that or a little bit lighter but with a lower body fat percentage.
6'3" 270. Used to be 305, dropping 1-2lb per week since a changed lifestyle.
6'2'', 285. Lucky to be broad-shouldered and carry it well, but still a fat fuck. Down from when I was chaining Dr. Pepper like an IV Drip, though. And like 4 feet of my height is torso (exaggeration, ofc), so my pants are silly looking, and I'm like Lurch when I'm sitting at a table with others.
Getting a job that involved walking around constantly, and having MMOs become non-compelling shit, really helped push me away from a decade of pretty much pure sedentary lifestyle.
Fattest I ever was was 410, I think? "THAT'S NO MOON." Doubt I'll ever be under 250ish though; I'll die like my germanic ancestors, face down in a pool of meat and mead.

Surprised by the number of 6 ft 160 lb people. I'm 6 ft 195 and fairly fat but I think if I was 160 I'd be 0% body fat
6'-0 and I weighed 135 at graduation. Took me almost 30 years to get to 190. Then 3 months to get down to 160ish.
194, at 6"2. Was 238 at the beginning of last year, dropped down to 185, then went through a weird junk food phase the last few months while detoxing and piled some back on. But at least I can see my cheekbones now and no longer get a slight double chin when I tuck my neck in. Cut the junk food off so hopefully I'll slide down to my goal of 175 if I ramp up my training again.
Also you Americans need to swap to the fucking metric system already. Damn.

Poll is in kilograms, what did you think?
5'6, fluctuates from 145-152.
6' 205 lbs.
Thread needs more waist/inseam - 33/34 here.
Disappointed by the lack of true fatties.
I think the gamers left alive here are so hardcore that they don't distract themselves with eating and have atrophied everything except their fingers.
All bullshit aside, fatties are probably less prone to answer.
I'm more intrigued by the idea of 350 lbs being 'little fat'. I guess everything really is relative.
I think he was doing that sarcastic funny thing I've heard about.
About 160 but I'm a little undertall at 307 cm. I need to spend some more time on the rack
Hes 352 lbs and 10 ft tall for anyone too stupid to do unit conversions
I picked the weight I identify as, not what the patriachal scale says I am.
5'10 and 165~, I think this thread needs pictures to verify said claims. I can't believe this forum isn't filled with fatties.
Remember the RL pic thread? A lot of people here aren't horrific hag beasts. At least the ones who posted.
People are skeptical after you posted such a skinny dick.
5'9'' 230ish. You can plot my weight gain as a pretty straight line upward from going to college and discovering alcohol to today.
He was living off government assistance while gaming fulltime and being an utterly insufferable ass about how "hardcore" he was at gaming while everyone else had to mix their gaming with their job. I really don't think him having his own apartment vs living at home was the core of the issue.
6'2" and my driver's license says 200. That's all you're getting.
My wife and I got carded when we went out to eat for our anniversary and ordered drinks (we're 32). She just renewed hers before we started a lifestyle change together so she looks nothing like the photo on her license. Couldn't help but laugh when she pulled it out because the server had to do a double take and I thought she wasn't going to serve her for a second.
You look like that guy Kevin spacey killed by leaving his car running in house of cards
6' 140lbs. Been the same weight for about 10 years now. I play Basketball and run but don't lift weights or anything.
6'1 260 down 40lbs this year so far. Gym five days a week and a diet supplemented with Soylent.
I sleep better, my dick is bigger, I fuck better, I have more energy and ambition.
Should of done this year's ago.
You and brahma are about the same size, could be a good race war.
I as a 36/36 when I was a kid. Slowly worked my way up to above 40/40. Trying to get back down to a 38/38 or 38/36
Trying to find anything that fits is a PITA. Actual 'fat' pants fit like dresses and most stores only carry shit like 34/34 and below. Or I'll find a waist that fits but the pants will be 2"-4" too short.
6'0" 215lbs. I vary between 36 and 34 waist depending on the cut and the day. My 34s fit a lot better since I had a testicle removed earlier this year. (Cancer)
5'1" 205lbs. Managed to get down to 170 2 years ago, then gained it all back. I need to stop being a lazy fuck.
I'm 6'2 182-185lbs, mostly wear 32's but can wear 30's in some brands. It's vanity sizing though, actual waist is 33-34 measured at the tailor.
I have a 36 waist for anything that requires a tuck in and usually get a 32 inseam if I'm dead sure it won't shrink. Recently I've been buying 34 inseams and getting them tailored..i don't know if I'm anal or what but i have an awful time with getting pants that fit right.
6'3, 210lbs, was at 175-185 most of my life, gained the extra weight in the past 8 years. I feel fat. The pants I wear typically fall into 34/34 or 36/34.
If I have to wear a belt its 32/32, without it's 30/32.
5'10 and 192 lbs. About 5lbs overweight.
Feels bad. A year ago I weighed 70 lbs less. I exercise more and eat less calories and up till the past year thought health conditions causing weight gain was bullshit, much like our uneducated friend Fedor.
Turns out when in right side heart failure it just isn't strong enough to circulate blood and fluids retain everyplace. Mostly my legs and around the waist. I take 80mg of lasix a day. The good news is I was actually 15 lbs heavier months back but I cut out pretty much all fried/fast food and started drinking water and down a handful of opiates a day to go walking in addition to working 4-6 hours. I asked my doctors if I should just cut down on water since I am retaining it and they said it doesn't work that way and for my level of congested heart failure/cor pulmonale the weight I've gained is actually better than expected.
Doesn't help literally everyone around me at work and at home freak out if I so much as do something. I used to do all our tile/hardwood/trim at the company. Now I just supervise. I used to mow the yard and take care of all the household chores. Now I get yelled out if I even move the lawnmower. I show up for work, check in, and spend at least 1-2 hours a day walking around home depot/lowes gathering materials for subs. Anything I can do to get some form of exercise without the boss/lady at home seeing.
By the end of the day though my leg swells so much the jeans which I could fold 3 inches on the leg in the morning is stretched tight to compression feel though and if I do too much I start cramping from thigh to feet. If I really overdo it I spend the next 24-72 hours afibing with irregular heartbeat and chest pains.
I'll keep walking when I am able too and sneak in heavier exercise when I can and as long as I keep losing instead of gaining I will personally feel better about it, but in the long run for me, I am not sure if I am helping or hurting my situation.
